Hello Everyone,

I have a 1994 Ford Ranger XLT 2.3L
2WD with 216,000 miles.

It is unbelievable how many sensors I have replaced just this year.

So my question to everyone…is there a complete list of every sensor/switch associated for my truck.

EXAMPLE..Today I was recharging my a/c and I found another one of those “Little Boogers.” My A/C Clutch Cycle Switch.

My plan is to just change out the remaining ones.

I appreciate everyone’s help.

sincerely,

K

I think you are making a mistake. The quality of parts you buy now are not very good. If you have a original sensor or switch that is still working, cherish it and keep it as long as possible.

I have learned this from experience, I think you are going to learn this too over time, when things are not working correctly or failing a year later.

I completely agree with this.

In my mind, a functional original part is worth at least 3 of the same new ones.

Yep. We've seen a few trucks fixed by putting a 30 year old ford part on in place of new aftermarket..

I very much appreciate the replies and advice. I will definitely follow your recommendation.

K.
