seats again

I have a 2001 ranger x cab 4 door that the 60/40 seat is shot so before I spent lots of $ I have to ask somebody that knows will any EX seat95-01 just bolt rite in or is there mods that have to be done & does it make a diff if its a reg EX or sport (I cant find a ranger seat )

I'd just look for seat rails that unbolt from the base. As long as that's right they should work.
