Well, the seats in my 91 std cab Ranger are junk, as are the passenger side mounting brackets, so I go the the local yard and just by luck find a 90 or 92 std cab ranger with perfect seats. I ran out of there with new seats for $28. Happy as hell till I got them home and tried to replace my old ones... The damn brackets are different?!!?!?!?

From what I knew, all std cab brackets were the same. especially within the same generation of ranger. SO, My question is, where can I buy a set of mounting brackets that will fit?! LMC doesn't seem to sell them so I'm at a loss.

Thanks for anything,

Ford added a reinforcement across the floor where the front of the seat mounts for 1992.

I believe 1992-94 brackets will work for you.

the differences in the cab for 1993 did not include the floor pan.

So 92 - 94 brackets will work? Even though my truck is a 91?

The only reason I need them is because my passenger side bracket was rusted out and sitting on a block of wood since I bought the truck. (missed THAT one when I was buying it...) o well I guess.

I'm goin back to the junk yard when I get some time to see if there are anymore that are the same as mine.... I would like to find some new ones though so I can paint them and make them a tad more resistant to rust...
