Say Hi to Katie

katie is for sale if anyone is interested. 10k obo. 93k miles. does NOT include LED bar on the front, but will include bedsides painted to match (uninstalled currently), paint matched front fenders, new muffler, and full prep of everything else.

nice truck, thats a high price in my area. they go for about $12,000 for an 09 with 15,000 miles around here. id love your cantaliver system.

9300 is the price kelley blue book gave me for an 05 with 93k miles, not including the stereo, suspension upgrades, and fiberglass body pieces. i think those are well deserving of a $700 increase in price over the KBB value, but i doubt you're going to buy it anyways so...

i want a bagged truck. have the one i want in mind and am waiting for a quote from the current owner on how much it will be to finish it to be a DD, it's close right now but he just picked up an abortion of a j-arm titan that a hack 'fabricator' threw together

Why a bagged truck? That's quite the opposite direction. Lol

no, i dont plan of driving to california to drop 10 grand on another truck lol.

im sure you'll sell it though.

Hey I wanted to know who made your LED light bar? How good was it for lighting the area as well? Im thinking of doing one set up where I have that across the front bumper and then Hella lights on the top rack above the cab or vice versa. That way I have both bluish white and a yellowish white and nothing gets too washed out at night.

rigid industries. it's a 30" bar. thought i posted it in here but i guess i forgot. by far the best light set up i have ever had. if you were doing it, i would put the bar on the front bumper with hellas on the roof. LEDs give excellent short range light spread to the sides and in front, but lack in the distance unless you've got enough cash to get 2 roof bars for maximum light and sickness.

I just checked their prices and holy crap, I could fab my own set up for 1/10th their price. Out of curiosity how far does it throw a beam out there?

yeah i got a pretty good deal on it.

as far as how much light it throws out, i'm still trying to figure that out. it's enough for me to comfortably go 50-60 down an access road at night in the dirt, but would throw a lot better if it was a bigger roof bar. and if my friend's dumbass little bro didn't keep ****ing with it every time i saw my truck, maybe the thing would be able to stay adjusted properly longer than 5 minutes. **** teenagers.

not much of an update, but i painted my fenders with duplicolor spray last weekend and wet sanded the driver's side tonight, then buffed, cleaned, and then waxed it. better pics tomorrow.
