No offense, but you need to start testing things instead of just guessing and replacing parts randomly.
 
Yes, I would agree, a $25 Volt/OHM Meter will save you Hundreds of dollars, literally, down the road.

Agreed, a MM is essential. You can get cheap ones at Harbor freight for $5 if you're totally broke.

The battery was old as is. I have a MM....tell me what to test and what to look for. I agree, I'd much rather figure it out than keep guessing.

I think Ron rattled off a test or two. I don't think the grounds/icm are your issue but you never know and it's basically a maintenance issue on your model. It sounds fuel related but the fuel seems fine.

You can buy a fuel pressure tester for $20. It only takes a few minutes to test.
