RIP Ken Block

I don't know if they've corrected it, should be possible, but when I rode snow mobiles on the plains in 76 77 their worst trait was sliding sideways. They certainly couldn't be cornered like a bike.
They had all kinds of grip going forward but take a turn and it wouldn't do nothing but slide sideways

They have come a looong way power, suspension, weight and handling wise. Lots of backflip videos on the youtube.

I heard about the Hawkeye guy. Just found about Ken Block this morning checking in here.

My new GF passed away 12/5.

It's been a rough holidays.

Sorry for Your loss. Celebrity Deaths are one thing, losing someone you know/possibly love, is Different.

I also heard of Ken Block's death on TRS this morning, My wife told me about Barbara Walters, and Gangsta Boo is very much in "my wheel house". Since I quit media, ( ALL media is now "social media" ) I rarely even know what's going on in the world.

Tracks back then were a joke.

Getting a sled with a decent track on it to slide/drift while trail riding is a bit of an effort nowadays. Certainly doesn't happen by accident anymore.

I'm sorry eddo.

Jeremy Renner (marvel Hawkeye) somehow got ran over pushing snow over the weekend too.

In stable condition after surgery but got hurt pretty bad.
He's done some great work over the years. If you haven't seen The Unusuals, it was a one season show early in his career that I enjoyed quite a bit.

He was really good in wind river too.

Yea we were pretty close. I have her dog now.

Its weird being involved with the family I never met as the new guy. Moving her stuff out sucked. Death stinks.

Life has been pretty funky lately. Thankfully plenty of past experience with trauma is helping me get through it.

It seems every year great celebrities die, yet never any politicians.

My sympathies also Eddo.
I spend a lot of time trying to get turned around myself,
with AD/HD my mind is like a constant popcorn popper
There are others who need you there too Eddo,
likely others you haven't even yet met.
You just got to keep hoeing that row Bub, keep hoeing that row

Its funny how some of the darkest times of life, are also the most beautiful.
My Friends, family, and some random folks have been there for me, even through the holidays... I have noticed and appreciate.
Popcorn popper is right, I like that description. I say overthinker. Overfeeler perhaps
Keep Rowing and hoeing is right lol. Thanks JB. Cheers.

The difference between my 1985 Polaris and my 2001 Arctic Cat is night and day. The difference between my 2001 Arctic Cat and my buddies 2013 Arctic Cat is also night and day. The 2013 stops, steers, and accelerates vastly better. The 2013 is the newest one I've ridden but I have to imagine the newest ones are even better.

That's really sad news, I really enjoyed watching Hoonigan episodes.
Prays out to his family
