replacing spindles

When I swap out the spindles in the front to add lift, what else should I/do I need to go ahead and replace? bearings, washers, spacers, etc.

New ball joints are highly recommended. New brake lines (possibly extended ones). Obviously new wheel bearings and wheel seals. If you have 4 wheel ABS you may need to re-route the wires to the wheel speed sensors. And you'll need an alignment when your done.
