Replacing Body Mount, Question

The steel inserts are available from LMC, but they are $40 per hole and there are 10 of them. Too damn much, I had to cut mine in half to get them out. I got some round alum stock with 1/2" ID and 1" OD and big fender washers to fill the holes, so far, so good.

Any thoughts on that?
"With the duff ones having the metal molded into them, is the insert still required? "

I have order the Kit:
http://www.jegs.com/i/Daystar/319/KF04012BK/10002/-1?parentProductId=

and would like to be prepared for when it arrives..
I have new bolts and whatnot already with my replacment body lift

I made them for mine cause it had them with the factory bushings. I would think that they are needed so you don't crush the new bushings.
The Duff Bushings have a metal ring where they pass through the frame body mount.

quick question as I got the notification my mounts are on their way...

for the sleeve in the mount, anyone had directions on them? length, diam etc. is it just a tube the length of the mount.. any direction would be great. im eager to have my body inline with my bed again... its a good 1-1.5 inch lower lol... the previous mounts have pretty much turned to dust.
