Anyone know of a "fast" and easy way to replace these bushings? 94 xcab

Do you mean the body mount hardware and rubber? They are fairly easy to replace, but may be a bit stuck after all this time. I would suggest do two at a time unless you absolutely must replace more of them due to the body shifting.

They can be expensive to buy depending on where you order them from...LMC I believe has them...

This set shows a price of $249 or something like that...I paid well over $400 for a set from Ford...and they were garbage after only ten years...the ones on LMC are not rubber so they should outlast the OEM stuff...

I would get new hardware but install poly bushings if they are available.

If they're rusted so bad that you can't unscrew the bolt, then I have no helpful advice. I'm in the middle of fighting to remove them from my 88 BII now. About the only solution I've come up with is to cut as much of the rubber away as I can and use an angle grinder, sawzall and torch as required.

From what I understand, if the bolt will still unscrew, they are a lot easier to take apart and you can use another bolt and a BFH to knock them apart. I've never been so lucky.
