Replacing a 98 3.0 engine


That is what I will do. Everything you guys have suggested has helped a lot. I did forget to do one thing when the truck was still together, Take it to the car wash and degrease. I know better if there is a next time. That would have been a big help. Live and learn. Thanks again
 
Engine is IN. Thanks for all the help and thanks to my 52 yr old wife who was my lift operator who I must say, did an excellent job raising and lowering the lift and trans jack while I shook, shimmied and wtfed till it finally came together. I put in a few trans bolts so its time for them cold fizzies you all were talking about. Ill get back to it in the morning. Thanks again.
