I got a new replacement thermostat housing at Advanced Auto for my 4.0 and after getting it bolted up found that the outlet pipe is 3/16" smaller than the upper radiator hose that it's supposed to attach to. It doesn't fit either the stock hose or the new replacement hose. So I went to Autozone and they have the same part and that one was too small in diameter as well. The parts guy pulled a hose off the shelf and could see that they would not fit together. Has anyone else had this same problem when replacing the thermostat housing?:icon_confused:

I'm trying to avoid the dealer. They quoted me $210 just for the housing.
