Removing suspension lift?

Currently have a 1994 2.3l xlt with 141k on the clock. Runs pretty good. 5.5 in super lift in the front, stock in the back lol. Just wondering what I need to do do go back to stock? I want to ditch the 31x10.5 and get 28s so the engine doesnt have to work so hard. Any ideas?

go to the junkyard and buy all the stock brackets.

me personally would lift the rear and regear and drive it like it is.
