I can't seem to make up my mind. I want something with a lot of bite, but won't get chewed away on the road. I'm looking to down size some now that I have a boat and the truck is the towing rig, so 12.5 to 13.5 are my limits. 15s are too erratic driving with a load.
The truck is only a towing and trail rig, towing is only done once a week up to 2 times per month, and only during the summer/fall.
I like the Mickey Thompson Baja line, they have great tread and side wall lugs. The Bajas I'm running now are pretty quiet, and for being bald up front perform very well off road.
I'm also looking at super swamper ssr radials, but I'm not liking the lack of side wall lugs.
I just want the biggest bite possible.
I need to get some tires before the first week of September.
