Rebuild VS Bigger Engine

I'll be putting the 3.slow back together soon and have a couple questions.

How do I get the cam to be TDC with the crank?

How do I get the crank pulley to be perfect with the crank? (So when it says it's at 0*, it really is)

How do I get the fuel rail off of the fuel lines? (it's still in the truck)

Thank you.

The timing gears take care of it for you. You cant get the cam gear wrong. The crank has to be tdc on the compression stroke, then line up the two dots in beteeen the two gears to the millimeter. It can really only be a tooth or so out of line, but its a pain. The cam gear may need a little persuasion to go back on cam when. Youre timing it.

The harmonic has a certain slot and cant be changed as far as I know.

Disconnect the regulator and leave it on the fuel line. Thats what I did. Save the two tiny bolts.

The cam and harmonic have slots so there's only 1 way to get them on.

As for the fuel rail, disconnect it at the regulator and just pull all the lines out from engine to regulator?

Can someone here please recreate this image on their 3.0? Or happen to find/have one close to it. The bolts that I though went for the upper intake manifold run out of threads about 1/4 inch before they bottom out. I admit, I was a dumbass and didn't label or seperate the bolts.
