rear leaf bushings help

so i reciently got 2 4door ex. rear springs for 20 bux. there in good condition but the bushings dont look good. my question is.. is there a perticular method or trick to getting the old bushings out? i'm having a hell of a time getting them to budge. thanx in advance

i use a drill . drilled into the rubber than hammered them out

thanks much, do the sleeves come out with them or do they stay in?

id spray em with PB blaster and go to town with a air hammer and chisel bit if you got one handy.
