Rear door noise

I have a 2002 3.0L no flex fuel Supercab and the driver side rear door i think rattles when driving and I ha e closed it as had as I can without breaking anything but still get the noise. Is there someone to tighten it up or are there bump stops that I could replace. Any advice will be appreciated

23 year old trucks usually need a bit of customizing to get them quiet again.
seals, bump stops, latches, seatbelt.
bang on it to find out what rattles, go from there.

are the latch loops good or all rusted?

sorry for the late reply but the latches are all good no rust. when i slam the rear door closed and grab in the middles i can get it to move a bit so that is why i was thinking a worn bump stop but I don't see any could it be a worn latch or just need adjusting

Check the condition of the doors seals and such first. They could be worn out enough that they are not giving enough back pressure, allowing the door to rattle. I haven't looked, but there might nor be much, if any adjustment in the latches and strike plates. The doors might be entirely dependent on the seals providing the needed pressure to keep them properly closed and tight.

Thank you for the help I have ordered new door seal as mine are the originals and are really flattened so that might just be the culprit I will update when the seals get in and I replace them
