rbv doors on mazda

ive been looking into a set of half doors for the mazda, i dont want tube as stuff will roll out and i dont wanna crush an arm or something if a roll over happens.

anywho, these mazda body panels are kind of rare (more so than other rbv parts) so i was wondering if any one ever bolted on the explorer/ranger/b2 doors? im aware that the body line wont match up, but i was wondering what would be closest?

rbv doors (exluding mazda) seem to be a dime a dozen, and the mazda doors are 300$ each at the local junkyard.

I would think '93-'11 Ranger doors would work on '94-'09 (or whatever the cutoff date is) Mazdas... Seems to me that the cabs are the same, just the fender & bed sheetmetal is what is different.
I haven't researched this specifically though, so don't hold me to it.
