Going to give FAZDA the Valvoline treatment. ALL new fluids......Engine, tranny, t-case, and rear axle. All Valvoline.

Should be receiving a set of leveling coils from grunizze, and a shift motor from ChrisR1S.

That will get the 4x4 going, and a little lift action. Good enough for now.

Good t-case swapped in:

This was my biggest problem on the last one===>

I didn't have a chance to snap pictures when I installed, but here is where I had to clearance the tooth on my 7.5 in order to remove the cross pin. I have 4.10 gears.

Since I had the cover off I fooled around and slung some paint...

Then ran the extended breather lines for the t-case and front axle.

I clamped them nice and tight, and routed them to up by the master cylinder res. If water get up there, I'm already in DEEP trouble.

I'll figure the rear axle out tomorrow.....

Lookin good!

Thanks!

I routed the rear diff tube up to about the rear tail light on the driver's side. I took the original clip that held it in place and put it on a seam in the bed side, and routed it and clipped it. I put a hose clamp on the end so it wouldn't slide back down past that clip.

I installed the shift motor, and put a 20A fuse into the fuse box.......and.......

I HAVE 4x4

:yahoo:

Time to get it dirty........:woot:
