So im doing the wheel bearings on my 95 4x4 3.0 ranger and I know that I need two bearings for each wheel in the front and was looking to buy these bearings from rock auto that are "#set37"
What I want to know is if the bearings for both sides of the wheel are the same, and should I be replacing anything in there other than the wheel seal or bearings, like something that will wear down around the same time they do?

All 4 bearings are the same on the 4x4. A 2wd has different ones on the outside.

There aren't really any other wear items in there. The spindle should not wear at all, and the races should come with your new bearings, but I never replace them because you get them with new rotors too.

Just the seal, and make sure to pack the new bearings really good with new grease.

alright sweet, than i definitely have everything on my order now minus softlines for brakes.
There's only 2 bearings in the rear right?
Crazy, 550 shipped for everything I need to replace on a truck that sat for 3 years. Rock auto is the best haha

One on the outside, one on the inside, on in the rear axle.

Thank you. One last question, I have a 3 inch body lift and a 3 inch suspension lift on my truck, do I need extended brake softlines I honestly dont think I will because there's about 3 inches of wheel travel, and how many lines does the truck take? I wont be able to check until later tomorrow.

I don't know about the extended, but if the rear still has drum brakes there should only be 3 soft lines, one at each front wheel and the splitter at the rear axle.

no need for extended in the rear, just unbolt it from the frame and lower it a couple inches (I used a shock bushing tube), it works great.

For extended lines I used front lines for a '95ish Suburban, just had to change the flare nuts to standard from metric and add a brass tee on the drivers side.
