I am bringing a 1990 ranger 2.3 out of retirement, It has 141,000 showing on the clock and apears to be in decient shape. I have a problem though and
would like some help. It starts fine but very slow throttle response. no power going down the road. and it seems to get faster when you let off the gas. also ran it for about 20 min or so and the exhaust manifold was glowing red. could it be running lean? What do you all think? Thanks in advance for the help.
