Randomly will not start.

I had a problem with mine not starting every once in awhile, and when I would start it the connection between the starter would spark. easy fix, I took it off cleaned everything, and it worked.

Tinman, I have a 95 that had an intermittent starting problem that ended up being a small electrical plug that is slid into the key tumbler in the stearing column. the grey plastic gradually broke apart and caused an growing problem that stopped the signal to the relay.
something to check anyway that frustrated me for about six months as I went through all the items you have listed.
