Hey guys, this is my first post so forgive me if it's in the wrong spot.
I have a 2003 range with the 4.0 V6 and the previous owner put in a K&N filter. It idles really rough and misfires at random. I've just cleaned the throttle body, IAC, and MAF sensor, but that didn't do anything for me. The PCV elbow looks good, and my engine doesn't have an EGR. I scanned it and I have p0171 p0174 p0300 p0316. Also, it seems to misfire a little while driving, but it's hard to tell. I just changed the spark plugs too. Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.
