Can anyone tell me how to sleeve a 3/4" bolt into a 1-3/4" x .120 wall tube?

Pics or drawings are awesome, Im a visual person. THANKS

If you cant figure out a way to do it, you probably should not be fabbing your own arms. If your planning on using a bolt welded in the end then you definately should not be fabbing your own.

Here's how I did mine:

That's just the end of the stock arm lopped off and then welded into the tube.

I have to ask what kind of design you are using though... .120 wall tube is much too thin for a single-tube extended arm.
