radius arm extentions ? show me

Show Me your radius arm extentions I'm planning on making some extentions this week wanna see how everyone els did it

Im assuming you mean for a D44. Heres mine
Cut down the old radius arm, then clearanced it so that I could slide 2" 1/4 wall DOM over it. The Tube is just slit down the center


Then preheated it and welded it


Then used 1.25" Chromoly Hems joints on the other end


and link mounts at the frame.

Exaxtly what I want. Did you angle the tube at all? Also how is it on the road with those joints ? Harde or louder on bumps?
How long did you make em ?

Nope. Tube is straight. I threw the old radius arm ends on a press to take up the angle in them, then added the tube. Truthfully, I've never even wondered at harshness. I dont think theres much if any, especially because they are 50"+ so they are pretty flat. If that makes sense. Lots more pics in my build thread if you want.
