quick driveshaft ?

Well I got it from a wreckers and it was already pulled out and lying against a wall with the other shafts. All that was marked on the ds was just 89 f250. So don't know about the details, sorry about that. But it does have a slip yoke on it. But if it helps I can get the ds length for you.

Sorry it took so long, I've been working alot lately and getting home late. I measured the ds and its 60 inches long and thats from tip to tip with the slip yoke in it of course. The u-joints that fit are precision # 372. I found that you have to swap the two larger caps with the original size caps on the both u-joints. But it fits normal as a regular joint does. Hope it helps but if not pm me.:icon_cheers:

one more quick question, i was wondering that if the driveshaft is a slip yoke an i need a flat flange. would i beable to just take the slip yoke off an put the flat flange on? will it be the same length? cuz i found a driveshaft at a wreckers thats about an hour away but they dont kno if its slip yoke or flange so i was just wondering if either would work if i just change the end up.

if i need the flange one will only a flanged one work? or could i take the slip yoke off an put the flat flange on?

I just used my stock end off the old drive shaft to put on the f 250 one with those u-joints (precision u-joint # 372). You have to have a drive shaft with a slip yoke in it, so make sure you find one that has it or its nfg. If you want I can see if I can locate one over this direction.:icon_cheers:

ya if you could check around for me that would be great. see i figure that the slip yoke shaft is the same length as the flanged style one so i could just switch the ends up. because i need the flange style not the slip yoke style.
