I’m not well with knowing my truck, I have a ‘97 ford ranger 2.3L 2wd. I have a bench seat (not a 60/40 it’s the full seat). I don’t mind to reupholster it but will a ‘92 ranger kit from LMCTruck be compatible or what can I replace it with? Thank you!

welcome!!

i have no idea but maybe a reupholster shop can help you with choices and options?

Doubt it.

Many things changed from 92 to 97.

The seat upholstery/size are likely much different

I went down the very same road.

Ultimately I discovered that it was easier just to replace them entirely. I wound up with two leather bucket seats from a Subaru for $200.00. I removed the undercarriages and replaced them with the Ranger's. The Ranger air bag mechanisms fit onto the new seats, the seat belts too.

It was a real struggle for me, mostly because I wasn't sure if it would work. But it did. The new seats are much more comfortable. Looking back I think that most buckets would probably fit.

Those seats look good in there. Most seat swaps look obnoxious but those look factory.

Oh Jeez I can't remember, but they were close to the very same year as my 2003 Ranger. Maybe that's why they look as though they could have been made by Ford. The model was a Forester. That particular trim pattern was sold for several years. People also like Mustang seats. The install is much easier, but I never saw any at the Upull yard. Leather seats were few and far between. I got mine on Craigslist. Searched for months. Good luck.
