Guys after I installed an explorer Dana 35 with 44 outters and new wheels and tires my truck is pulling hard to the right while driving.
I checked the spindle nuts to make sure they weren’t too tight.
I jerked on the wheels with my hands while the truck was off the ground and there is no play in steering linkages.
The wheel spins freely.
The truck has not been aligned by a shop but visually it looks straight enough to not pull this hard.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Caster angle? If the knuckle is not leaned back far enough (Top of knuckle more towards the rear of the vehicle vs. the bottom) the wheel won't want to track straight, and will enhance any other alignment issue.

Positive caster is good (to an extent), neutral or negative caster will cause some handling issues including "darty-ness" and poor return to center.
