Procomp FD600 pitman arm

You should measure it relative to the frame like here:

How tall is your lift?

.
my lift is 5.5 and the arm measured like in your picture is like the 600 although it seems to be a hair shorter by a quarter inch....

So, to my understanding the FD500 is the same drop as the FA600 and fits the older trucks?

Seems to sounds that way, although I have to say that steering linkage angle on Harley's truck still looks pretty scary to me (unless it's just the angle of the pic)...

This is a SJ 6" lift with a FA400 arm... not a whole lot worse (yet I almost ended up wrapping the thing around a tree on the side of the road because of the steering :icon_surprised: ).

Thanks, well I went to JC Whitney today and they called Pro Comp and they said it doesn't fit so I just emptied the bank and order the FA600.

That's funny...it fit mine fine....

I'm still not happy with the angle myself....

If that is what Pro Comp said maybe you better order the 400 or 600

Wonder why they said it won't fit, then??

It doesn't have quite as much drop as the Skyjacker so that might be some of your angle problem.

Nice to see them all compared

Got mine aligned and the shop said the pitman was fine...don't know why it says it won't fit
