Hey guys new to the Forums but want to say thanks in advance for all the advice you guys give out. The question i have is kind of a stupid one, and one i should be able to figure out myself but after struggling with it all afternoon i figured id ask for some advice. I recently broke my powersteering Pulley, so i removed the entire PUMP and replaced the pulley, but now that i have the new pulley on, and the pump still off the truck i cant seem to get the 3 bolts that bolt the pump onto the bracket that holds the powersteering pump, and i didnt realize this dilema until after i had the pulley back on the pump and tried to reinstall the pump. Is there any trick or something that im doing wrong? Whats happening is with the pulley on the pump i cant fit the bolts into the spots where they belong because they hit the pulley obviously, has anyone had this happen or am i just being a complete dummy  and doing somethhing wrong,l or am i just not seeing something that is right there in front of me? I did have a horrible day at work, and my patience level was very low while i was working on this also. Im going to attempt it again with a fresh pair of eyes and all rested up, but anyones info or input is greatly appreciated, i will be glad to take all the help and tricks or input that i can get. Thank you again guys i really appreciate it.

Nick but all my buddies call me Buzzy.

I just did this the other day you'll need to install those three bolts before you put the pully on, so you need to get a power steering pully puller kit pull it install three bolts and reinstall pully
It always sucks when you miss a step and have to work backwards.
Good luck

Oh ok Thanks for the quick response, i was kind of thinking that was what i was going to have to do but i thought for some reason that there have been another way that i didnt know about haha.... the bad part is, and i hate to admit this but ive allready taken the pulley off and put it back on twice haha first time i got it half way on then couldnt get it to press down the rest of the way, the shaft just kept spinning, then the second time was when i realized about the bolts so i took it off thinking that i must have gotten the wrong pulley haha...... the joys of working on your own trucks!!!! hhaha thank you again BabyBronco89 i appreciate the quick response.
