Thats a pretty absurd question..... I've never seen an intake that didn't have one runner per cylinder, up to the plenum where everything is connected together, and has to be so the MAF can measure total engine flow and average things out (or a single carb which is cheapest can connect to every cylinder).
Plus in a V type engine layout the valley has to be covered, so a single casting that serves both as a valley cover and an intake system and installs pretty quickly makes good financial sense.
