hoods still got snow on it lol. Now we need to find a bumper, the filler part that goes above the bumper, knock the wind shied out so we can pull the dent out of the roof, new wind shied and just wrap it up.

Its coming along really well. With that much damage it would technically be totalled, but the title says otherwise LOL.

I know but they won't give us the time of day and it isn't worth the head acke for $500. And since there's no clams her incerance won't go up! It's all ready to much for a 19 year old with no job trying pay for school

My kids learned to drive in a pair of Grand Wags and a pair of 528e s. I just hammered out the dents , replaced body parts and kept driving them. One of them was "totalled" twice. :D

Well hear is today's progress
Got the new used hood on

I understand, the repair is looking really good, probably be stronger by the time you get done with it, then put an aftermarket push bumper on the front of it when you are done to help protect it better. At least you got a "rebuilt" explorer without a "rebuilt" title, that saves a lot of money, in some states I don't think you can even register a vehicle that's been Totalled can you?

Looking good! Glad you were able to keep it from the junkyard

AJ

just hook it up to the same tree with chain and back up

Is your dad a bodyman or just really handy?

Glad to see another Gen 1 back on the road. I love my Gen 1, but it needs a bit of work :D. What trans and tcase on this one?

Dang glad she is ok and 10 points for sticking that landing right in the center. If sis still has that black eye you should put on a wife beater shirt and take her to Walmart... walmart chicks dig that and will flock to you.:D
