use peroxide on it to kill off infection and keep it clean.
Actually, you should never use peroxide...ask and doctor/nurse. Use soap and water.
For one ALWAYS use gloves when handling any kind of compressed air and only OSHA approved nozzles....they safely limit the psi.
And it's a HUGE fine if ANY of the non-OSHA nozzles are even in the shop, let alone connected to an air source.
