The driver rear leaves have been bent too far one too many times....I snapped the middle one and had one made to replace it, but the rest of the pack is pretty beat.

You just need to put more weight on the other side to level it out.
 
Few more goodies showed up over the past week.

-Timing set and cover gasket
-Severe Duty head gaskets
-valve keepers
-thermo stat and gasket
-some more Battleship Grey powder

Still some more stuff on a UPS truck somewhere stuck in the snow.lol
 
Played with the new toy a little today...

Blasted all the oil stains and corrosion off and then hit everything with a brass wire brush and cleared all the exterior surfaces.

What ever color, it'll look way better than my 4.0.

Does the SOHC pan give another quart of oil capacity? Besides looking good...

The SOHC pan has a main girdle built it, but you also need the SOHC main bolts, 2 piece oil pickup tube, and the proper torque procedure.

Still holds 5qts.
