Plugs & Wires

Has anybody every heard that if you don't use oem plugs and wires that the truck ends up missing a little and running poor after about a year?

Our trucks definitely seem to run better on plain old platinum plugs from Motorcraft or Autolite. When it comes to wires, you get what you pay for. I usually get the Autolite Pro series. They match the OEM lengths and are prelubed with dielectric grease on both ends.
