Pics Of 2wd Ranger Lifts!

the springs usually cove over the axle, for turning them down, u need to relocate the shock mount tabs and the leaf pack mount pads too.
i think u can find more info about that on the lowered trucks section.
an explorer axle could work too, its installed spring under axle on the explorers, so all the mounting stuff comes ready.

does any one has pics of a 2wd with the f250 shock mount or higher shock mount.

thanks

Here is the BL I put on the next summer. I never had issues with any rubbing, but I want it to sit up a bit more. I could have just had a 1 inch or 2 inch BL. If I could go back in time I would have not put on the BL. It does make some popping noise once in awhile in corners. All my buddies say the same thing. The truck does sit really high now.

I do notice I get a lot of people staring at my truck. A lot of Ranger owners as well turning their heads to look at the truck. Grat feeling!!! Even a lot of
4wd trucks and Jeeps give me the 'wave' and the thumbs up sign. People have stopped to talk to my in parking lots while shopping to look at the truck. Another thing...my truck still looks brand new!! I take good care of it the best I can. It does make me feel good about the truck. It does handle great and rides very well. Maker sure you get the right size shocks for any lifted ride!!! I went to 4Wheel Parts and one of the guys took time to measure my truck and ordered me the right length of shocks and they installed them for free!! Very good people there. I'll get some photos of the Yakima roof rack I put on sometime ago. I take it off and then put it back on. Now...it stays on. It looks really nice!!!

Ooops!!! Sorry. It is a 5 inch lift not 5 1/2. Fabtech 3 inch spindles and 2 inch over coil springs from Springtech. The coils still look new after many years of use. They are a grey/silver color.

what fender flares are those?

what fender flares are those?

Those came with the truck when I bought new in 99. They were in a box in the back on one of the back seats. The truck had just come in and the dealer told me to wait until they cleaned up the (wash and wax) and then hey put on the flares and handed me the keys after about an hour of waiting in the lobby. The flares were in a Ford box and the box was sealed so I am sure they are stock flares.

i recently took of the tires and rims because i was getting scared of screwing my transmission up because of the 31's if anyone could please tell me what can i do or if i run those 31's there aint going to be no problem that would be great thanks

31s won't hurt it too much. a set of 4.10:1 gears would be a good idea though

Wow. 98+ Rangers without a valance leave the radiator exposed.
