Does anyone know which wire the headlight switch is? also whats the best way to connect to the battery? any helpful pics would be great. this is for a 09 ranger.

separate switch is my recommendation. i dont believe their legal with other lights on. just get a radioshack toggle switch. and post pics! im looking to put those on my truck. or something similar

You can justuse the headlights wires for hooking them up. Tap into the high beam wire (green and black? or it used to be) then run that wire into the cab to a switch and back out to the relay. then whenever the high beams are on and your switch is on the aux lights will be on. and if the highs or switch are off the lights won't be on.

Mine are all run off relays from my fog light switch.
