It had the 2.3L 4 cylinder, 5 speed, with stock 4.10 gears, it originally had 225/75R15 tires on it. It didn't noticeably lose much power. I live in the mountians of NC so i was shifting to 4th on hills alreadyMileage was at 32 before and dropped to a steady 26 after. I didn't recalibrate it but if I remember it wasn't off by too much. Aren't 245's around 28" in diameter?(i hate that metric bullcrap
) My moms got an 04' xcab 4x4 with those size tires and your drivetrain and its got plenty of go and pulls out like 18mpg i think? Good luck and hope it works for you
