Hey Guys, my motor should be out of the machine shop here pretty soon and I'm doing a couple of performance upgrades on her. She's getting a little beefier cam and so I'm getting the springs as well. Can someone please let me know if these springs (http://www.speedwaymotors.com/23L-Ford-Drop-In-Dual-Valve-Springs,32596.html) are what I'm looking for? If so, can I use the stock retainers or should I get retainers specifically for these springs? I'm using the stock valves on this. Also, if these are not what I'm looking for could you point me in the right direction. Thank You!

Also just to note, the cam I'm going to get is either going to be the comp cam 280 (.460 lift) or the esslinger counterpart of that one (.468 lift).

Disregard the above question. I just found my answers to everything I just asked.
