people who think they own the roads

Had a guy a couple of weeks ago get a nice little rubber doughnut and redesigned fender on his rolling phone booth because he wasn't paying attention and cut short trying to get around me in traffic.
All i got out of it was a sidewall scuff and a loose piece of bumper trim. (already fixed the bumper waiting for the ins. company to replace the tire) His car however will need a new quarterpanel and a rear bumper. and possibly a rear axle)

at least your in america where all the head lights are realativly the same height. here in italy my ranger is so much taller than all the european cars that they all think i have my highbeams on. at least once a month i have a guy try to kick my ass. then 260 pounds of uniform wearing american rools up on em. they tend to cower down. oh just so im not thread jacking, everyone in italy with an audi, BMW, or mercedes drives like a complete ass hole. interstate, im doin a 100 MPH (thats the actual speed limit) and im the one gettin tail gated.

Be careful around those things. They don't even feel ya.

This is one of our asphalt trucks in Oswego. You'll notice the careless driver that paid with their life.

I think that guy was already screwed even if the semi didn't roar through him... Looked like he was on 2 wheels about to flip when he got slammed. But that guy was dumb...

Reletively is the word there. The guy behind me was in a jacked up chevy where his lights were about even with my back window... so it sucked majorly... lol thats when you add about 8 auxilary off road lights and flash em back to show them you do not have your highs on... Thats what I do, people flash me every once in awhile and I'm nice about it. but if you refuse to turn your highs off I will blind you Mutha F*$&er.:annoyed:

I have done that..... in the Suburban. I Pulled out to pass the big rig I was going 70 in a 70 and the creep in a lifted avalanche came flying up out of nowhere and stayed right on my bumper so i slowed down to the 65 the truck was going (we were jabbering about it on the CB) and this lifted Avalanche decided to flip me off.

the truck driver and I slowed down to 50 and stayed that way for about 10 min.

I cant believe i have never thought to do that.

I cant stand people who act like they own the road.
If i have my blinker on to get over and they start speeding up im gonna cut their ass off, then give my brakes a little love tap.
If you are gonna drive like a prick expect people to be assholes:thefinger:

I also hate when motorcycle guys ride side by side and ride on the line. First of all, riding side by side is just dumb in the first place because if u have to swerve to miss something, especially deer, you're gonna screw the other rider. Just because you ride a motorcycle doesnt mean you own the road. Naturally, I give motorcycles alot more room when i'm behind one because if i hit them, they're f$#@!d so I want plenty of room to stop if they stop quickly.

They aren't the only ones screwed either... if you accidentally hit one (even if its not your fault) and the guy dies... it becomes your fault or something like that... you get bad end of the stick no matter what...

I guess I've decided that people aren't just poor drivers, they just don't think there is anyone else on the road but them. I HATE left lane slowpokes. If you are in the city, well, I can understand. But once you are out of the city, scoot over.

x2

I do a lot of freeway driving on the weekends. (Between Ohio and Michigan.)
Speed limit is 65 but I do 70 because the cops don't seem to mind.
Even doing 70 I'll have people fly up behind me.
I usually try to get over and let them pass, unless I'm next to a semi.
Then I speed up to about 80 and they're still right with me.

Speaking of Semi's.
Leaving Lima Thursday caught a trucker-about 10mi into the trip-hauling ass.
Doing 75.
Must have been late with a load or something.
Stayed with him until about 10miles into Michigan when he hit a Chickencoop.
Long story short, I got 26-33mpg in my buddies Jeep Grand Cherokee for
110mi+. :)
