You could start a small website and post videos on youtube, I dig the fountain pen, I'll have to get one from you sometime when I get the dough. You could also try and make petrified wood pens, they go for a lot.

Thanks, I have all sorts of ideas but my income kind of holds me back to only one or two new kits maybe once or twice a month. Its pretty slow right now, apparently I'm not the only one that's broke LOL. Kind of sucks, but I figure at some point sales will take off.

The fountain pen kit i haven't purchased yet, too many other items keep coming up that far more people are interested in. However, many are "interested" but never purchase anything. The fountain pen kits are pretty easy to get a hold of so if I get an order for one I can easily have the kit in hand within a day or 2 of the order and have the pen made in about a half hour to 45 minutes. Usually a new pen design takes me a bit more time for the first one or two that I make. I really like that fountain pen design, it really feels nice in the hand, very comfortable, but somewhat on the heavy side, however not unnecessarily heavy that would hamper its use for long periods of writing.

If things take off and an income starts coming in from the pen sales, I'll certainly be getting a website up. I did create a facebook page under my main page, but not exactly sure if its visible to anyone LOL.

First off Bill, some great pens there. I was just looking and had no intention to post, but then I noticed at the top of the page where adverts are and it is trying to sell me pens. That doesn't happen to be for your pens? fountainpenhospital.com is the link.

Nope, not my pens. I don't have a website, I just got started here about a month and a half ago, no significant sells yet. I made a facebook page under my regular page, but I don't have a clue how a person would find it because it doesn't show up anywhere.

Thanks Bill, I was thinking it wasn't related to your stuff. I've been finding the context based, user tracking based adds creepy and...well...far less interesting and relevant than random adds cause 90% of the time it is just serving up something I recently searched and looked at.

Same here. I now get pretty stupid ads on my facebook pages that have absolutely nothing to do with what I search for. Facebook is becoming nothing but an advertisement system, I used to play some of the games on there occasionally but the ads got so annoying and such that the games aren't even worth getting into anymore.
