Parts list to rebuild my front end?

I've browsed several online parts suppliers and it seems many of the parts for a Sport Trac also fit a Ranger?

Can any of you confirm or discredit that?

I sure don't want to order in a box load of stuff only to find it's the wrong stuff.

That sounds right. Rangers and Explorers, and by extension Sport Tracs, shared a lot of parts, especially in the front suspension and steering components, except between 95 and 97 when the Rangers were still TTB and the Explorers had switched over to torsion bars and SLA front ends.
