P1131 code

I recently purchased a 1999 Ranger standard cab 3.0 automatic. The day I purchased it it was nearly out of gas, I drove it a short ways to a filling station and added 16.2 gallons of gas. Before filling up and making a u-turn the engine stumbled and ran a little rough and I figured It sucked up a little air. After filling up and driving a short distance the check engine light came on. The code is P1131 bank 1.

First is bank 1 on the passenger or drivers side second has anybody had any experience with this third would running low on fuel cause the code? I would assume to check for a vacuum leak and proper fuel injector function as well as the possibility of a bad pre-cat O2 sensor.

Bank one is the passenger side.

I would clear the code and not run it out of gas. See what happens.

Thanks, it ran fine after the fill up. Cleared the code now we will wait and see.
