What is included in this swap?

I have a 93 Ranger 4.0. Electric tcase has stopped working, It work intermittnly for about 3 months then just died. I removed the electric motor "cleaned" it and what not, put it back on and it still wont work.
Any ideas on the electric motor? I tried replacing the buttons but that was not the culprit. HELP....

I have a Manual tcase sitting here, I want to install it but what else is involved? Will i need to get locking hubs as well? I just need all the info to get started asap.

ANy information is greatly appriciated.

you should beable to just swap out the t-case without changing to manual hubs. i have an 87 bigfoot edition with power/electric everything and am doing the same swap. tired of it sticking in 4 wheel drive. plus the fuel savings associated with manual hubs is well worth the swap.
