Behemoth Drivetrain BW 1354 Electric to Manual Conversion


You may not have run into the issue, but it's certainly against federal law so you're proceeding at your own risk.
 
Never heard of that, done plenty of engine swaps using older engines and have never had a problem. Going to put a 90s model 12 Valve Cummins in a newer Superduty here soon.

Here is some information about it on the EPAs website. In any state that has an emissions inspection you would have an automatic failure and you would not be allowed to operate the vehicle on public roads.



From what I hear and what I've seen in my travels Oh is very close to a lawless wasteland when it comes to vehicle regulations.

No inspections or EPA Nazis here.
 
it depends on where you're at in Ohio, last I heard north east had inspections.
none in Toledo/northwest Ohio.
same for south east Michigan.
