Options for new seats?

I'm looking to buy some new seats. I want something vinyl, or cloth, black, a "racing" style seat, with high bolsters on the bottom, no seat belt holes on the back though. My budget is in the 300 range for both. I was looking into a pair of the generic seats they sell in the Summit catalog, but a friend of mine bought a pair and he said it was like sitting on plywood. Any suggestions?

paid $40 for a pair of Probe bucket seats..black, with grey; matches my interior perfectly. I have to custom fit them however; a buddy of mine and i are going to fit em in after i get back from christmas holidays..

the driver side seat is power everything that i will make work. It has power lumbar, bolster, and positioning as well. if you got a supercab ranger, also look into some grey leather exploder seats an older style mustang seats as well. If you are in to the used/recycling way of doing things, this is the best route to go.

Well i really want new seats. i want my ass to be the first ass in it. And no power, something simple.

I bought a set of BRIDE tuner seats from my brother.He pulled them from his little honda.They are really comfortable for a racing seat.I had to make my own mounting brackets, but it was worth it. If I were you, I would look into BRIDE. Maybe even mastercraft, as they make some really good seats.
