Sasquatch: I tried bending up some shock hoops like yours today and i can't convince my princess auto (harbour frieght for the yanks) tube bender to bend 1 1/2" pipe any more than 90degrees and it looks real nasty...

where'd you get your shock hoops?

I looked at sky mfg and they have a set of toy front hoops ( http://www.sky-manufacturing.com/new/detaproduct.php?id=134 )but they're only 12" tall and i think i need about 17" for my 15" stroke shocks. If anyone knows about the toy 4x4 "Clampy", those are the rear shock hoops it uses...

Any info anyone has would be appreciated

I cheated on mine, bent 2 90's and welded them to make the hoops.

Just find someone in your area with a mandrel bender and pay them to get you what you need..

Check out this link. These mandrel benders work quite well. The only down fall is that bending 180 degrees is a PITA. But for the price and to have the ability of laying out nice bends on your truck over and over again, I would get it.
