One Mean C10....

Try a lokar cable, I hear they are strong and might have a warranty....

You're the 3rd person today to tell me that....

Another guy said he used a pedal and cable assembly off a newer Yukon. I hate the pedal in my truck, so I may do this.

I was going to suggest a Lokar also, my friend with the 48 ls1 has one and it does the job for him, he also has the Lokar pedal also.

Sent from behind the wood shed with BillySue.

I'm going to look into this yukon deal first, as the Lokar is 55 bucks from summit and over 40 on eBay. If it too time consuming of looks like shit, I'm going Lokar.

Seems like we got one off of an older S-10 Blazer to work on my buddies truck, so that might give ya some more hoods to peek under.

Tinkered yesterday...

The wheels don't fit. The back needs to be moved out about an inch and a half, and the front won't clear the hubs, so now I'm looking at spacers.

Also found out why the front was squeaking... The pads and rotors are damn near toast.

Also took pics with dads 72

It's your truck and all, but I think it looks better with the red rims, but that's just my opinion, and opinions are like butts, every one has one, and they all stink.

if it had more of a hotter paint job, like real shiny candy or pearl, then those big rims might look better on it, but with the older type paint and signage, the red rims look more at home on it.

Either way looks good. i do like the red rims more but i can see u wanting to switch it up.

It's just I've been collecting parts for this thing since 2006, and it looks exactly like it did in 2006. I'm changing up the paint scheme and I have a few body mods as well. More things will be showing up on the ol gal

I like the new rims! You get something figured out for the throttle cable?

It's still working now so I'm going to milk that as long as I can. Haha.

Ha nice! Hopefully if it breaks or sticks, it does it at idle! :icon_surprised:

Meh, I'll just throw it in neutral and shut it off. Trying to get all the other bugs worked out right now. Brakes, suspension, window regulator, lights. All the little shit I should've fixed a long time ago
