So this Friday I picked up a new toy - 06' Kawasaki KLX110. What oil do you people suggest because before taking it for too many rides I want to make sure it has brand new oil in it.

Also, I was wondering what everyone uses to get there parts for cheapest possible price? Need tires, new rear break (squeaks which part do I change?), tall bars, exhaust, intake.

Congrats on your new toy.
I like Mobil 1 MXT4 M/C oil for my bikes. Lots of opinions here, I'm sure someone uses peanut oil.

Denniskirk.com or Rocky Mountian ATV is good for aftermarket parts, I like Bikebandit.com or Ronayers.com for OEM parts.

Don't forget your local dealer.

I havent owned a four stroke in awhile so bear with me, when changing the oil you have to change the oil filter too?

Yep, probably behind a smallish round cover with two or three bolts holding it on.

If the KLX110 is anything like my KLX250, there will be a small cover on the right side that hides the oil filter. Just 2x 8mm bolts hold it on. It might even take the same filter, Fram CH 6015. As for oil, I use Mobil 1 10w-40 Racing 4T. Just make sure that any oil you pick out is made for motorcycles, not automotive. I know Wal-Mart may carry it since thats where I get mine. A motorcycle shop will definitly have it.

Online stores:
bikebandit.com , Good place to get OEM parts and aftermarket like brakes, tires, and other useful items.
denniskirk.com , A lot of aftermarket parts. Better place to look for items that are not OEM.

Don't lose that spring or 0-ring.
