my pvc valve has allot of oil in it is that normal for oil to get into that and into the intake or bad? can anyone explain whats going on?

It's normal. The PCV valve allows blow by gasses that collect in the crankcase to be pulled into the intake and be burned in the cylinder. A small amount of oil is drawn along with the blow by and will get caught up in the valve. After a while to much oil will collect on the valve and cause it to stop functioning. That's when its time to replace it.
