Tried spraypaint and it came off too easy for my liking, so bedliner was the coat it got.

The next project is tackling the rust around the edges of fenders and body.

Those mudflaps are NOT going to be mounted back to the fenders if all goes to plan. We'll see how that goes.

Rock-on (rocker panels)

Busy guys, srry its been a while!

Rockers got rust removed, and the cab got a nice black accent all around.

Also did the box corners that are hidden when bumper is in the way.

Was just a little over grinder happy, and wanted the little grooves gone. No rustout.

Protip- never again will I use ANY extra bondo. My god that was a bad descision. Lol/

Love the finish on this, forgot to get a final shot before I put it back on and bolted the bed down :S

Primer used:

Challenges overcome:

-that damn taping and masking to make a near perfect curve, I used lots of tape doing that.

-Figuring out bondo

-Not drooling on the finish

Tasks left:
-mudflaps mount to frame via backets
-box bodywork then same as cab


Im sure there's more but I can answer any questions if someone else wants to know.. that's part of the reason i'm documenting!
